Job Title - Cover Supervisor

Base - Kirk Balk Academy

Salary - £23,080 - £25,481 (FTE, Salary to be pro rata)

Subject to Job Evaluation.

Term - 32.5 hours / 39 weeks

Additional - Some travel may be required.

Job Purpose

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and experienced practitioners who can add significant value to our academy. The successful candidate will:

Work under the guidance of teaching staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement work programs with individuals/groups in or out of the classroom, managing student behaviour and supervising whole classes during the short term absence of teachers.
